So we have successfully finished painting the baby room! We're not done with our painting projects, however. We started the baby room about a week and a half ago and were finished within a few days, and then last week Jason decided to be spontaneous and painted our entire bedroom while I was at work on Tuesday. It was a total surprise - he even picked out the colors on his own! I was very impressed, it was the best surprise ever! We learned, however, that red walls take A LOT of coats in order to look good, so these pictures are not the final product. There was also an accident in the process involving our bed and some broken rails, so our bedroom is anything but put together right now. The bedframe is currently in the baby room with clamps and glue and our mattress is on the ground for now. Oh well, it's a small price to pay for a room I didn't have to help paint!

I am always impressed by everyone who paints their walls because I have never attempted it...I love Jason's paint messages and pictures haha when my dad painted the outside of the house I grew up in he wrote funny stuff to embarrass my mom in front of the neighbors :)
Well Jason you are talented. You are welcome to come and paint our house here. After our last paint job I am not sure if we want to take on this place.
